KSI Kitchen Solutions is committed to providing high quality, robust packaging to protect your order. However, damage does happen sometimes. To protect our customers, we offer 5 years warranty. If you have a warranty claim, please make a claim by following the instruction below:

  • 1. Find your Customer Number from the Final Contract coverpage.

  • 2. Take pictures for the the defects of our products with a detailed description. It is better to be a overall shot for your kitchen, then big and clear photos are needed for us to doublecheck the size and model of your products.

  • 4. We will process your claim within 7 business days. Then we will prepare your new product, contact you to confirm a date for your picking it up from our warehouse.

Please keep in mind, all returns are subject to approval by KSI Kitchen Solutions and may be denied if the product has been demaged and is not in the original condition as it was received. You will be subject to a restocking fee on such items exchanged. For more information on individual items, see our warranty policy in the Final Contract.
